In a yoga class, I integrate the different styles of Yoga I have practiced and studied in order to meet the capacities and goals of an individual or a group.

A class may be gentle or challenging depending on the goals of the client. Asanas (yogic postures) are taught in a slow to moderate pace to promote postural alignment, awareness, and healing. I do not play music during class, but depending on a client's preferences I incorporate sound healing with crystal and metal singing bowls which promote ease and mental focus.
