Yoga and Meditation at the Workplace
Offering yoga and/or meditation at work is a way to support the well-being of employees and reduce the impact of stress while on the job. In addition to serving the physical and mental demands of the workplace, these practices can be done with little space and with minimal equipment.
Corporate wellness programs promote self care and stress relieving techniques that can be used throughout the day. Asanas (yoga postures) make the body strong and flexible while increasing endurance, will power and resistance to disease. In addition, meditation, breathing practices, and regular practice of relaxation techniques is known to eradicate fatigue and generate energy which leads to increased productivity.

What to expect from a session
Sessions are designed to meet the specific needs and goals of your group - whether you are looking for stress reduction, therapeutic work or a more invigorating class.
What You will need
Sessions take place on site at your workplace in a space that is large enough to accommodate the number of employees attending such as a conference room, lunchroom, spare office, or roof top. Employees will need to bring their own mats if doing a yoga session. The usual time length of sessions is 30 minutes to an hour. I provide my own liability insurance.
who do i work with
Rates are flexible and vary by company depending on size, number of students, and class frequency. Employees can pay for each class individually or choose a monthly package.
